Brian "Sully" Sullivan, a resident of Nashville for over a decade, is the Chief Executive Officer of Sully Public Relations and currently running for Nashville Metro Council District 4.
He served as Director of Public Relations at Addiction Campuses for over 5 years. He has facilitated over 2500 earned media interviews. Before hiring with Addiction Campuses, Sullivan served over a decade in the television industry, with over 20 years experience as a print and broadcast journalist.
Sullivan is an Emmy Award Winning producer, writer, activist and marketing strategist. He is active in several campaigns raising awareness in addiction treatment, equality and mental healthcare. He was a 2016 finalist for Nashville Emerging Leader of the Year and has received numerous marketing, public relations and recovery awards, and hosted the Tennessee Pride Chamber's 2016 Excellence in Business Awards.
He is an Executive Board Member of the Prevention Alliance of Tennessee, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Covenant of the Cross Ministries, and serves as Davidson County Co-Chair for Tennessee Equality Project.
Sullivan is a proud donor of the Memphis Hope House, Nashville Cares, Covenant Cupboard Food Pantry, and Second Harvest Food Bank. He has worked extensively on projects with several major networks including Fox News Network, CNN, Time Magazine, Washington Post, New York Times, Inside Edition and Mic.
